At Comfort House we’ve come to understand our commercial clientele, engaged in their everyday business, rarely think of their HVAC equipment until something is wrong with it. Typically this is at the peak of the heating or cooling season when there are numerous other businesses and households in the same predicament, all requesting service at the same time causing backlogs and waiting periods for repairs.
With a Comfort House “Pre-scheduled Maintenance Contract” you can have your HVAC equipment expertly serviced in the spring and fall before the extreme weather sets in. We will test your equipment in all functions appropriate to the season, and alert you to any possible problems. You will receive a detailed checklist with recorded data from the inspection and recommendations of any repairs that should be performed. No repairs are done without the owner’s approval.
These pre-scheduled maintenance inspections greatly reduce the possibility of breakdowns during the heating and cooling seasons. In addition, as a Comfort House pre-scheduled maintenance contract client, in the event you do require service, your call will be automatically prioritized ahead of all previous non-contract calls.
Below is our thorough seasonal checklist that will be filled out and submitted to you for your records upon completion of each inspection.
